The participants were mostly beginners, including:

Before the training:
Participants lacked practical, employable digital skills
Excel was seen only as a “basic office tool”
Data analytics felt complex and inaccessible
There was little guidance on how to build projects or portfolios
Without intervention, these youths risked being left behind in an increasingly data-driven job market.
Delivered a hands-on data analytics training for beginners
Taught Excel for data cleaning, analysis, and visualization
Introduced Power BI for dashboards and visual reporting
Covered Power Query and basic DAX for insights
